Are We Doin' It?(2009)

Hola! So here's the deal folks.....I was gone for the first 2 weeks of February so I knew this was going to be a hard year to finish in time. I was getting lyrical ideas, and song ideas, etc. while I was gone so I would have a head start. I'm a working musician so things are crazy for me anyways. Blah blah blah - I know! Also, my wife & I are having a baby so things have been nutty with that as well......whew! So I actually started recording the last week of February and intended to have just an album of acoustic guitar with vocals - mainly as demos for a future project that I could spend more time with. Sort of a pre-production album. I was sad though that I wouldn't have time to have my main awesome players (Jamie & Chris Decato and Rob Gourlay) to be on it, but they'll definitely be on future musical endeavors. As much as I wanted just acoustic & vocals I did end up putting bass & some sampled drums on a few songs, and I dusted off a couple piano ideas I had and made songs out of them. So that being said, some are in rough stages, but I hope somebody enjoys it! Thanks again RPM Challenge! | P.S. Stay tuned this year for a major label album I'm playing on (along with Chris Decato) for Sully Erna from Godsmack. I've written a few cool songs that are on it, and it should be a late March/April release. He's also trying to get some songs to be tied in with a major motion picture this Summer.
